This one day workplace training takes you on an in-depth journey into your own self care and awareness of self care in the workplace.
We all have significant mental, emotional, physical, cognitive and psychological demands placed upon us in a busy workplace.
In this 6 module one day couse has a two-pronged approach:
*How to assess your own wellbeing, physical, mental, psychological, cognitive and emotional as well as your social-emotional wellbeing.
*How to notice and manage your own wellbeing as a life long self management and self care strategy.
We look at how best to care for and manage yourself so that you can promote your own mental and physical health. You'd be surprised at how much we don't notice about our self acre and how easy it is to make small changes that can be life-changing
